Use Fiber to Tame Your Thirst
Traditionally, you would mix in one scoop of the powdered stuff into water or another liquid since it has a neutral taste. But, what’s not on our label is that you can literally shake things up by mixing our fiber in with your protein shakes, smoothies, and the occasional cheat day milkshakes!
However, the general rule is that the thicker or more flavorful the drink, the less noticeable the fiber will be. So whipped coffees, homemade frappés, seasonal eggnogs, or mudslide cocktails are good experiments to find your ideal mix preference. While mixing our fiber with seltzers, juices, or dirty martinis is probably just for the more adventurous types!
Bake for Your Cakes
The powder can either be mixed into your signature cookie recipe or you can try any other bottom-friendly recipe, like the fiber chocolate cake we posted about earlier!
The possibilities don’t just end at muffins or banana bread either, you can experiment with adding small powder amounts to sauces or dinner recipes for added nutrition. And if you’re not a baker, no worries! Our heart-healthy fiber can also be mixed in with oatmeal, Saturday morning pancakes, or you can even theoretically eat it raw by the scoop, but we REALLY do not recommend that!
